1bd Terms & Conditions

1.1 Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "1bd" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service accessible at https://1bd.im and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any registered user of the 1bd platform who has accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by the Player on 1bd.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, reload bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the 1bd Platform is unlawful.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole supported currency for real-money transactions on 1bd.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to 1bd is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 1bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and Accounts found to belong to underage players will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a Player Account on 1bd, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of 1bd, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on 1bd or any affiliated platform.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one registered Account on 1bd. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, any associated balances will be forfeited, and the Player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

2.4 Account Verification

1bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the Account. Verification documents must be genuine; submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

1bd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary between providers.
• 1bd does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name.
• 1bd reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name.
• 1bd aims to process approved withdrawal requests in a timely manner. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• Players must complete identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements detailed in the relevant promotion. Real-money balances and Bonus Funds balances are tracked separately.
• 1bd reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct additional due diligence if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

3.4 Currency

All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 1bd does not support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, less any applicable conversion fees, before being credited to the Account.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 1bd offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Bonus eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are stated at the time of the offer.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring.
• Bonuses carry wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement applies: the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (stated in the promotion details) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to specific table games, live dealer games, and crash games — may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 1bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have accepted a bonus offer in good faith.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

1bd monitors Player activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedging bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts may be permanently closed.

5.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on 1bd — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. 1bd does not alter or influence game results.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1bd Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform on behalf of a Player.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from a verifiable software error are void and will be removed from the Player's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Using the Platform for any activity that violates applicable laws, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

5.3 Sporting Event Integrity

1bd takes the integrity of sports betting markets seriously. Any Player found to be placing bets using insider information, participating in match-fixing, or otherwise engaging in conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events will have their Account immediately suspended, all associated bets voided, and relevant information may be shared with appropriate sporting and regulatory bodies.

5.4 Void Bets

1bd reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or settled as a result of a pricing error, technical fault, or clear and obvious mistake. Bets may also be voided if the event to which they relate is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not meet the conditions required for settlement under the applicable sports betting rules.

6.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting 1bd support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 1bd will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified real-money funds before closing the Account. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited.

6.2 Suspension or Closure by 1bd

1bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Behaviour by the Player that 1bd reasonably considers harmful to the business, other Players, or third parties.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• A legal, regulatory, or court order requiring the closure or restriction of the Account.

Where an Account is closed by 1bd due to a breach of these Terms, 1bd reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited.

7.1 Our Commitment

8.2 Communications

9.1 Platform Availability

1bd aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, 1bd does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, network issues, or events outside 1bd's reasonable control. 1bd shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1bd excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if 1bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Cap on Liability

Where 1bd's liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, 1bd's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their 1bd Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Player Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering with 1bd. Players are also solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings in their country of residence. 1bd does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability in relation to a Player's tax obligations.

10.1 Amendments

1bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a notice on the Platform or by direct communication where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms applicable to a Player, constitute the entire agreement between 1bd and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
